Dough Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup margarine, softened

3/4 cup white sugar

3 egg whites

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

You'll need 3 cups of boiling water to make the dough.

In a medium bowl, combine sugar with milk and egg whites until smooth and creamy. Stir together the flour with the water, then the salt and cinnamon and knead gently to produce a soft, supple dough. Prepare the rest of the dough by pulse setting aside.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Spoon enough of the egg mixture to coat the bottom of the prepared loaf pans to layer 25 to 30 minutes before baking. Turn the loaves, still inside pan
