3 cups pan-roasted, ground beef
2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup melted butter
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cooked spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together pork, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and cook until heated through, about 20 minutes. Pour soon cold water into the skillet. Continue to heat until sauce thickens to a thick consistency.
Stir chopped Cheddar cheese into slow cooker. Gradually stir in baked pasta and season with salt and pepper until very well combined. Reduce heat. Arrange beef, one plate, in the bottom of casserole. Pour sauce over leg of meat, cover, and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Mold bread cubes and pour sauce over. Bake 7 more minutes for crispy golden brown.
