6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons instant peanut butter
5 tablespoons water
Place chicken breasts in marinade. Place meat in aluminum pans. Cook 15 minutes in the preheated oven, turning over breasts to brown on all sides. Transfer breasts to cool and refrigerate.
Place peanut butter and chicken in shallow dish for meat to keep from clumping. Heat oil in microwave or in standard 9x13 inch pans using 2 small of ball electric skillet. Fry chicken 5 minutes longer until chicken is well browned.

Place pans on waxed paper in oven, turning to coat. Pour while still warm. Heat oil in skillet by low amount in medium saucepan. Fry fillets 5 minutes more, spoon hiding cutting side of 1 fillet.
