Tomato Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese

1 pint vanilla flavored Jell-O mix

Directions

In a small bowl, mix butter, sour cream and cream cheese. Shape into a small ball and roll in gelatin.

Spread remaining mixture on top of cream cheese.

Good and easy. I sweet-sour their bright apple flavor with a simple addition of lemon juice. I utilised my food processor to fully incorporate their ingredients before adding them all at once. This created very thick frosting which I managed to thicken by hand.. but only a little. Still very good.
