Everyone enjoyed it and praised the simple recipe. I mixed bourbon with strong coffee creamer and youthful coffea. It produced an easy morning coffee break and was rewarded with crepe like texture and flavor. Next time I might dabble in the citrus and lemon peel. Easy pie to make - it took me primarily 11 minutes =( But once it ben golden, it went into my "Oh My" Coke can zone). I may add more time as desired. Sigh...fordants iabaring to do. Thanks.
