2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 English muffins
Heat margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and green peppers; stir just until softened. Stir in cheese, then pour into greased 12x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle a layer of the muffin mix over burgers, continuing to top them with cheese layer. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
