1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, onion, celery and bell pepper. Add butter and eggs and mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch dish or serving dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Sprinkle with mushrooms and cheese. Top with Cheddar cheese and chill for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Unwrap celery leaves, and place in a medium bowl. Stir together cream cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, green pepper, celery mixture, mushroom mixture and Cheddar cheese until smooth.
During last hour of baking, drizzle with a cup of mayonnaise, and sprinkle with mushrooms. Garnish with sliced celery, sliced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and Cheddar cheese.
