Milk Chocolate Sugar Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 teaspoon cream of cocoa

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven onto 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, beat egg, milk, vanilla and flour until blended. Stir in the cocoa and cream of tartar. Beat in the butter and sugar until well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, place on the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 hours in the preheated oven, until on the bottom of the parchment section. Allow cookies to cool before removing from parchment.
