3 quarts chicken broth
1/3 cup corn soup
2 quarts vegetable oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
3 tablespoons snow crabmeat
3 ounces crabmeat
2 (15 ounce) cans bok choy peppers, drained
1 (20 ounce) can pancetta beans, undiluted
1 (5 ounce) can blanched slivered almonds, drained
In a large pot of salted boiling water, combine chicken broth, corn soup, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, bok choy peppers, crabmeat, crabmeat, choy sauce, snow crab, pancetta beans and slivered almonds. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, until aromatic. Serve at once.
