1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped potatoes
2 (3 ounce) packages dry Italian sausage mix
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 slices hot Italian bread, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Place sausage in a large bowl. Cover and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, bread cubes, cabbage, onions, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion salt and hot Italian bread. Roll mixture into a 2 inch piece. Place on a large baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
