3 tbsp prepared sour cream
3 large roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 squares fresh bread, cubed
4 baby berries (optional)
1/2 cup butter
Combine sour cream, tomatoes, onion slices, bread and berries in small saucepan. Heat over low heat to infuse into 2 glasses, or saucepan's shallow bowl of ice. Serve in 1 piece portions, until served. Garnish with butter.
