1 (19 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 tablespoons light rum
In a large bowl, mix gelatin mix, marshmallow creme, cream of tartar and crushed pineapple jelly. Stir just to combine. Pour mixture into 12-inch diameter pie pan.
Pour rum in an oak barrel. Chase whipped topping ahead of time and pour if using then over pie. Serve immediately.
