1 (12 ounce) can crushed tomato soup
1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup with green chile peppers
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (10 ounce) can crushed sunflower seeds
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
8 pounds pork sausage, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pound Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine tomato soup, tomato soup with green chile peppers, tomato soup with diced tomatoes with onion, corn, sunflower seeds and oil. Stir often for 2 hours.
Return mixture to heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently to keep soup from boiling. Return to heat; cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in cheese.
