3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Indian spices
1 teaspoon dried red chile peppers
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red onion
In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute Indian spices for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper, orange pepper and red onion. Bring to a full boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
