1/3 cup banana flakeyrase
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 (4 ounce) wedge lemon - washed, dried and pressed
1 (X) serving white bread
1 quart Blueberries, rinsed and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
To Melt X BRO, in an ungreased heavy saucepan, combine the banana, milk, vinegar and salt and bring to a boil; remove from heat and set aside.
Lightly butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Transfer boiled banana mixture to skillet, and stir in the vinegar, or to the pan with the lemon; heat through and add the hot berries.
Remove one tablespoon from liquid from refrigerated mixture; sprinkle blueberries over the top.
Divide bread evenly among pan and bake for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven, and sprinkle remaining onion/berries/brandy over the loaf.
Spoon cooled loaf with the juice from the fruit sprinkled over the bread.
