2 (8 ounce) packages pizza sauce mix
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 (6 ounce) cans tomato juice
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
Spread pizza sauce around bottom of 12 pizza oven pans.
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage and cheese; cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until sausage is golden brown. Stir in water, tomato juice, tomato paste, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, vegetable oil and sugar. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, stirring constantly, for 1 minute or until mixture thickens. Serve at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
I really like this cake. A few modifications: 1) I used fresh pineapple. 2) I used coconut milk. 3) I substituted graham cracker for the chocolate. 4) I left out the yellow cheese and added sugar syrup of choice. I plan on making this again.
