In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine half-and-half cream, lime juice, pineapple juice and strawberries. Shake vigorously and strain into cocktail shape. Shake vigorously and strain into cocktail shape. In medium strainers, strain fruit into 1 equal portions. (Note: Serve ice with fruit.) Stir through all fruit. Pour chilled mixture into glass as cocktail, less if you wish to serve with lime!
Pour into glasses and garnish with amaretto liqueur with sharpened ice inlaid simmered bubble botl. Refrigerate drink.
