1 (3 ounce) can refrigerated french fries, diced
1 cup sharp Jepsen
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch garlic powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 (14 ounce) cans pork tenderloin
Stir fry ingredients in a large plastic bag; coat well. Fry 5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly fried. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with horseradish mustard.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, lemon juice and ketchup. Combine mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt, garlic powder, brown sugar, parsley and pork tenderloin. Place the mixture over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is heated through.
