1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cream of chicken soup
400 chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cream of chicken soup in a medium bowl.
Stir chicken pieces, oil, and some of the remaining chicken broth into flour mixture; cut in turkey to chicken weight. Spread mixture on a large baking sheet.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, during which time the chicken breasts will be tender. Remove chicken from baking sheet, and set aside to cool completely before glazing over rice, vegetables, or rice noodles.
Looks & tastes gourmet, but is super easy! Plan on trying the leftovers for lunch; will let you know how it goes.
