1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, onion, celery, green pepper, paprika, oregano, parsley, salt, sage and thyme. Mix thoroughly. Shape into a small ball. Wrap in plastic wrap, leaving a large space on the outside of the pan.
Dip a piece of waxed paper into the center of each roll, leaving a 2 inch border on top of the paper. Flatten the border and place the rolls on a serving platter.
