8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pinch hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
Cut one edge off the breast ends and place in a large bowl. Fold both sides of the edges of the breast in, creating a slit in the breast for ventilation. Roll the breast ends backwards over the slit in the center of the breast. Place breasts in a large resealable plastic container, and place the lid on top of the container. Cover with aluminum foil.
Preheat your oven broiler!
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, and pour pan juices over breasts. Broil breasts for about 10 minutes, until browned. Serve hot!
