1/2 (10 pound) whole chicken, cored and chopped
4 ounces prepared horseradish, divided
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 pinch ground sage
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix together horseradish, dill weed, sage, Worcestershire sauce, Italian-style seasoning, rosemary, sage, cheese, brown sugar and garlic powder.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
