Well this is the first time I have made coconut milkshake and it worked beautifully. It tasted like coconut milk and was very smooth. Only thing I would change is to cut down on the sugar and double the vanilla to make 1 1/2 cup. I still had a lot of coconut milk and this was really good. I rolled up the crescent sugar into small cubes and smashed them with a potato masher. I also added fresh coriander and tried to spice it up. My youngest daughter asked me to make another crescent safe Halloween present for her. I wasn't sure how to do it but I was determined to try. I will make this time and time again.
