1 1/2 cups shortening
2 cups milk
1 cup packed light brown sugar
4 large rounded eggs
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat shortening and milk in large bowl on medium speed of mixer until smooth. Combine eggs and 1/2 cup mixture in medium large bowl. Stir thoroughly in flour.
Pour mixture into 1-quart baking dish; pour mixture over chocolate. 2, stir remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until center is almost set. Pour milk filling over macaroni mixture. Serve warm.
