2 1/2 cups butter
1 cup packed white sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Jack Daniels
1 fluid ounce vodka
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt and Jack Daniels. Mix in the vodka and mix thoroughly. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly each ball. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool completely before removing from cookie sheets.
