1 teaspoon beeswax
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 celery stalks, broken
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon loosely mixed spice mixture
Place the celery and garlic in a blender or food processor and seed until finely chopped. Mix in a small bowl the spice mixture. Apply this mixture to the seeds of celery and garlic in food processors or blender before combining with the with the cheese until well blended. Store the hatted, buttered liquid celery and garlic mixture in an airtight container.
