6 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup sliced celery
In a small saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Stir in the onion, onion, and minced chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is chicken pieces are crisp. Stir in vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, celery. Bring to a slow simmer, stirring constantly.
Stir to the chicken, reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove chicken pieces and turn over.
When chicken is cooked, stir in chicken and celery.
