1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups finely chopped pecans
4 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons creamy strawberry liqueur
1 1/2 cups margarine
Combine milk, vanilla and butter in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in sugar, egg, pecans and butter with whisk until well blended.
Stir in salt, sour cream, whipped cream, vanilla extract, peach liqueur and margarine. Pour into glasses or frozen serving dish. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
