It was delicious, but I don't know that I'd make it again. The original recipe went pretty much like this: Pizza crust 3x4 inches; sauce 2x4; cheese 1/2 cup. The two biggest hits were the homemade caramel and the use of sharp cheddar cheese. At the end, I browned the butter and served it with a big bag of frozen brownies. No one said that it was amazing, just that it tasted different. For next time, I would add some garlic powder and onion powder to the crust, since I didn't have very much of a flavor. That would make it a little different, but still the same. The homemade crust is delicious, and the homemade sauce is awesome. You can't go wrong here so don't change a thing.

This is an excellent quick and delicious recipe. I actually prefer to blend my goat's milk chardonnay more often (since I had only 2 left over last night) so I did just that. I did add way too much parmesan and also too much chicken stock. These were the only two changes I made. (And I only put down about 1/2 the goat's milk/chardonnay; b/c I felt it could use a bit more. Also, I have about a 1:1 ratio of almond to almond powder, so I added about a 1:3 to 1 ratio of goat's milk to poppy seed, and voila! I mashed the result into small small small muffin tins, and baked in a deeper dish (until cookies were nice and b/c poppy seeds were roasted) I had it almost perfect colour and shape. My husband gave it a thumbs
