1 (1 pound) loaf white bread
1 cup milk
2 (5 ounce) packages US-brand instant English muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together skim milk, egg, muffin mix and vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating pan halfway through to keep from burning.
