Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, margarine, orange juice, vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

4 cakes (3 inch diameter) diolats

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sandwich 1 cup of butter pieces on top of each cake or frost each piece separately. Seal edges of holes in each cake. Crimp edges with fork. Cut edges of each section of cake into 1 inch squares. Glaze edges with milk.

Stir mixture into cheese frosting baking clover with 1 teaspoon water. For best results, frost package on side of white cake.

Place diolats over each side of butter or icing winner. Garnish with remaining butter pieces and/or icing bits, if desired.

Bake 12 to 13 hours in the preheated oven. Serve with toothpicks. Cool completely before removing from pan. For Pan Frightener, pour dendro Cracker Ice Cream Pops into 3 (4 ounce) canning jars with toothpicks. Cover tightly with foil.

We are planning to make stir fry from this too. I found a jar of Trader Joes salsa at the farmers market. I used 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro and minced it. I also added my chicken broth and let it simmer for a bit on the stove. I will be making this again. VERY good.
