2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) can black olives, drained
1 cup cottage cheese

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Saute garlic powder and salt for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove garlic powder and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Place black pepper in a medium bowl and sprinkle with garlic powder mixture.
Heat olive oil and garlic powder mixture in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir fry chicken until slightly pink, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken, allow chicken to cool slightly, and sprinkle with onion and tomato. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until chicken is no longer pink.
