1 medium head lettuce
1 large tomato, seeded and sliced
1 onion, sliced, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup kalamata olives, drained
1/2 cup mixed salad greens
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup boiled water
Bring a small amount of water to a boil in a medium saucepan or stockpot. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives, greens, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and oil. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until lettuce is tender.
