Coconut Cream Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (18 ounce) can coconut cream cheese and butter flavored creamer

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together cake mix, cream cheese and coconut cream cheese. Stir in coconut cream cheese and butter creamer. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, whipped topping and pudding. Spread pudding mixture over cake layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the pie comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.
