1 (6 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mayonnaise vinegar
8 ounces hot artichoke hearts, thinly sliced
4 ounces Swiss cheese (check labels)
In a medium saucepan, combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise vinegar, sausage, cheese and hot pepper sauce. Cover, and simmer 1 hour. Serve hot.
