1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored jell-O
1/4 cup boiling water
1 lemon
1 (4 ounce) can sliced lemons
1 (8 ounce) bag frozen mixed fruit juicer
8 ounces vanilla frozen yogurt, thawed
In a small saucepan, pour boiling water over lemon gelatin in the bottom of a 12 ounce glass canning jar. Cover the jar with aluminum foil and place in refrigerator. Boil lemon gelatin, stirring frequently, until dissolved.
Add lemons, lemon slices, oranges and lemons to the boiling water. Boil for about one minute. Stir in juice and pour into jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
