1/2 cup olive oil
1 medium head lettuce
3 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium head cabbage
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, green pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, cabbage, onion, rosemary, parsley, garlic cloves, olive oil, oregano, basil and garlic. Pour mixture over lettuce and serve.
