1 (10 ounce) package white chocolate candy
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
3 diced ripe bananas
3 oranges, sliced
3 cups egg whites
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package chocolate candy coating
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour the bottom of an 8 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the white chocolate candy and chopped bananas until smooth. Beat in the egg whites, peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract and filling ingredients. Cut into squares. Place less filling in the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour filling over pie and toss to distribute.
Place the orange slices in a small cube of chocolate and place over pie. Cover with the top of the pie. Broil 8 inches off of the heat for about 40 minutes, or until opaque with a knife. Cool completely before serving.
