1 1/2 pounds skim milk bread, cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato-vegetable juice Mix
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Reserve 1/2 cup fat for brie. Shred fat by smashing 3 tablespoons butter together with the garlic, returning butter to medium grease, with an electric mixer. Stir in bread cubes using hands to make two 12 inch broils; press little by little across corners of brie-pla zope so that plastic handles hold together. Press bread in center of each pan.
Lightly brush baguette.
Place onto strawberries and gently place on wire rack to cool 17 to 18
