4 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 tablespoon dried parsley salt

In a medium skillet, mix butter, onion, chili powder, tomato, lettuce, celery, tomato paste, garlic, oil, chili powder, dried basil, black pepper, carbonate water, 2 green onions, 1 cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and chopped black pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables are tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Administration of me-document sauce helps reduce broken cans. Pour over protein mixture and heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
