1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup water
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons instant sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir together cream cheese, pecans, brown sugar, butter and water in small bowl. Stir egg and milk into cream cheese mixture.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve warm.
