Apple Pecan Pie IV Recipe


1 (9 inch) prepared caramel pie crust

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir just until moistened.
