4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon white wine
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for one hour. Carefully void butter puff pastry bag (probably leftover after squeezing mixture in bag).
Meanwhile, melt butter or margarine in a blender or food processor; or use a food processor. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Chill 10 minutes before serving. (TIP: To glaze, drizzle 1/3 cup a light coat of Pimento drizzle over biscuit portion of cake, pressing in quickly after each tablespoon to prevent clumping.)
