This is really good. My birthday is got me cooking so I thought I'd change the controlling ingredient (I suspect the 40gr lump of sugar would make a decent muffin). Threw everything into a mini powercylinder with a 110v AC adapter and a fine mesh sieve. Hubby recoiled in horror -_- but otherwise a great recipe. I'm sure we'll be making these again.
