1/2 cup rum flavored white wine
2 tablespoons milk
2 ounces dried mushrooms, sliced
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 slices smoked ham, quartered
2 1/2 tablespoons dried onion
1 (2 ounce) can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
In a blender or food processor, combine rum wine, milk, mushrooms, oregano, ham, onion and tomato paste. Pulse occasionally, until smooth. Pour into small dill or plastic bowl. Chill in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
