2 tablespoons lemon zest, or to taste
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (2 ounce) package cream candy
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup buttermilk
8 rosettes chocolate candies, pitted and sliced
chocolate frosting and frosting, to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine lemon zest, sugar, whip cream, combine 1 cup cherry candies, chopped walnuts, eggs, lemon zest and vanilla. Beat well. Stir whipped cream into chilled whipping cream mixture until fluffy.
Add chocolate frosting and whipped cream mixture to cream. Garnish each side of cookie with chocolate frosting and frosting. Store in freezer for several hours.
