1 bowl heavy cream
1 pound semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 2/3 cups kochi milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package Irish cream milk chocolate cream
Heat the cream of tartar until boiling. Stir in chocolate chips, orange extract, kochi milk and butter. Do not stir, quickly pour mixture over cream. Chill at least one hour or until firm. Shape into golf sized balls; place on waxed paper.
