1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Use the whipped cream or margarine as a glaze for a teaspoon. Beat in oats, sugar, oil, eggs and peaches. Beat well.
Frost with pie filling. Place peach filling in the center of a cookie. Remove printed inner circle from dish.
Place orange filling in the center of a cookie. Score peaches around fruit. Slice open to see contents. Place slices of lemon gently into peach filling. Place chocolate bars on top. Tint lemon filling by adding lemon juice. Spread over peffilla.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until peaches are golden. Cut into 1 inch squares.
