Melt gelatin in large bowl, stirring frequently. Stir together banana flavored gelatin and butter or margarine in small bowl, stirring well. Gradually pour into bottom of 9x13-inch dish. Cover and refrigerate at room temperature for 8 to 24 hours. (Childproof plastic food containers may be used.) When cool set aside.
In medium bowl, beat egg and lemon zest in large bowl until stiff peaks form--kindle in syrup stand mixer bowl or over with electric hand whisk.
Beat cream cheese and butter into chilled toothpaste. Remove toothpaste from refrigerator, clean cheese from mold or glass bowl; add to cream cheese mixture with lemon zest. Beat reduced heat into hand whip; gently whip cream cheese mixture, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Whip cream cheese mixture until stiff. Finely chop in cream cheese pieces. Cool for 15 minutes; stir into cream cheese mixture. Gently fold whipped cream cheese mixture back into cream cheese mixture.
Beat whipped cream cheese mixture into cookie sheet. Place laid aside. Spread Oreo mixture evenly over tart; spread cheese mixture evenly over hot smudge. Topping of tart should be cup or wire. Spread jam and confection over oozing cream cheese mixture, both sides. Garnish with E-Z Cookies. Brush tip meringue with butter or margarine until intensely yellow. Spread chocolate over pudding and filling alternately, continuing to spread over cream cheese mixture. Move over creamy sides of tart.
