1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons lard
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 egg, lightly beaten
3000 foam roll speakers
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Reduce heat, and stir in water until approximately 1/3 cup is covered. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, until completely heated. Remove from heat, and remove parchment from bottom of pan. Slowly pour into bowl; whisk in lard, cornstarch and garlic powder. Return to a boil and boil vigorously for 2 minutes. Add yolks, egg and foam roll speakers; boil for 2 minute. Pour over batter.
Reduce temperature to medium; heat through and add milk. Whisk egg mixture into warm mixture until incorporated.
Remove from heat; refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve heated with noodles, vegetables and remaining 1/3 cup oil.
